HEALTHY DİET

There are two significant effects of having a healthy diet. The first effect is on our body. If we have a balanced menu which includes enough amount of carbohydrate, proteins, fats, sugar and vitamins, it will nourish our organs. As a result of this, our immune system will be stronger. If we have a strong immune system, we will be protected illnesses, virues and bacteries. The second effect is on our mind. If we eat nutrients such as fish, nuts, vegetebles, fruit, they will be improve our nerve cells. Our nerveous system eill be better if we consume these nutrients regularly. As a consequence, we will probably have strong memories. To sum up, people should have a healthy diet if they want to have a good memory and strond immune system.
